浅谈酒店员工素质
摘要：酒店之间的竞争，实质上是人才之争。酒店业要想在竞争中立足，必须重视人力资本，提高员工的素质。提高星级酒店的员工素质，可以有效地发挥每一位员工的素质优势。最大限度的提高工作绩效，实现酒店以人为本的整体优化目标，适应集约化经营的需要，在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地。文章从酒店员工应具备的素质及酒店员工素质训练的重要性出发，分析了当前酒店员工素质的现状，针对存在的问题，提出了提高员工素质的方法与途径，以此来扩大酒店的声誉，提升其在行业中的地位，保证酒店服务质量的提高。

Issues on the Quality of Hotel Staff
Abstract:The competition between the hotel,is actually a competition of the talented person.If a hotel wants to stand steady in the competition,it has to force more on the human capital,as well as the staff’s quality.Enhancing the staff’s quality of the star level hotel,it may do good to display everyone’s quality superiority effectively,improve the work achivements to a maximum level,achieve the overall optimization goal of people -oriented to meet the needs of intensive management,and eventually stay in an invincible position in the fierce competition.The article starts with what basic quality the hotel staff should have and the importance of the staff’s quality training,then follows an analysis of the hotel staff’s current quality,and put forward several ways and means for staff’s quality according to the existing problems,so as to expand the reputation of the hotel,upgrade its status in the whole profession,and guarantee the enhancement of the hotel services quality.
